Replacing Rosemary roof tiles on difficult multi-sloped roof

John came to have a look at our leaking roof. He replaced the most obvious tile there and then and showed me the main areas of concern on the rest of the roof. I asked him if we could replace those tiles and he found space in his diary for me, arrived when expected, carried out the work as planned and charged what had been agreed. He is helpful, courteous and clearly likes to do a good job. Impressive.Thanks John.
